How to play

Solve the chain of clues to fill the spiral from the corner B to the centre. Each answer starts with the last letter of the previous word. In B-to-B puzzles the chain ends on a final B, visible from the start.

One clue at a time, no skipping. A wrong answer adds to your words used but never advances the puzzle — only the right length is even accepted.

The first letter of each word is always filled in for you — it's the last letter of the word before it, so it never changes. Signed-in players can click "Reveal next letter" for a hint on the current word, up to about a quarter of its letters.
